Hair Growth Mask
- In a bowl, mix equal parts of Amla, Reetha, Shikakai, Bhringraj, and Hibiscus powders. You can also add a teaspoon of stamio fenugreek powder for its hair growth-promoting properties. If you have dry hair, consider adding stamio aloe vera gel to the mix for added moisture.
- Gradually add water to the powder mixture, stirring continuously until you achieve a smooth, lump-free paste. Aim for a thick paste that is easy to apply to your hair.
- Section your hair and apply the paste to your scalp and hair, ensuring thorough coverage.
- Gently massage the paste into your scalp for a few minutes to stimulate blood circulation.
- Leave the mask on for at least 30 minutes to an hour. This allows the potent nutrients to penetrate your hair follicles and promote growth.
- Rinse your hair thoroughly with lukewarm water. You may need to rinse multiple times to ensure all the powder is washed out.
